Educan offers a 15-year limited lifetime warranty on all the products it manufactures. 

Returns must be approved by Educan and meet certain key requirements. Eligible items must have been prepaid and shipped in compliance with Educan's posted instructions. In addition, authorized returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Packaging and refinishing will be charged extra, where applicable, and custom goods are not returnable. Contact us for more information. 

We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the furniture within 90 days to check for manufacturer defects and/or shipping damage. In the case of manufacturer defects, please refer to our warranty, and email your request along with proof of purchase to info@educanltd.com. A customer service representative will be in touch within 1-2 days to guide you through the next steps.

The majority of Educan's products are manufactured locally in Abbotsford, British Columbia. In addition, we offer a few distributed prouducts that are manufactured by our partner suppliers.
