• • Mig-welded frames: Mig welding is done by hand to ensure a full weld throughout the frame.
  • Bull-nosed edge sealant: Our 6-coat Edulast varathane lacquer is durable and easy to repair if damaged.
  • Reinforced table tops: Our typical tables have a 3-inch skirt underneath. This prevents the table from bowing over time and guarantees the legs are securely fastened. 

Environmental responsibility is another cornerstone of the “made right” brand. All our table tops are GREENGUARD certified, which means they are free of more than 10,000 volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). At the end of the manufacturing process, unused materials and waste are recycled whenever possible. 

• • GREENGUARD certification:  The certification applies for laminate and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) table tops.
  • Powder-coated paint finish: Powder coating is more environmentallly friendly than the more commonly-used chrome plating because it does not contain volatile organic compounds and requires less electricity to do the same job. 
  • Edulast edge sealant: Using a varithane lacquer for edge sealing reduces the amount of plastic used in the manufacturing process. As a bonus, it’s also easy to repair if damaged.
